The course at Forrester Park Resort is designed to high specification USGA standards using the best modern material & technology. It has matured into a challenging thoroughbred. Our policy is full summer greens & tees always and no mats guaranteed! Only frost will close the course.

The greens are a real test to all standards of golfer with subtle slopes and shape that require great feel and imagination. Making sure your uphill putt is firm but your downhill putt is cautious is certainly good advice.

Quality of turf & drainage means there are no special requirements needed during winter months; play continues using the summer tees & greens ALL Year.

Forrester Park Resort is renowned as one of the most outstanding wedding locations in Scotland. It is set in 350 acres of beautiful parkland with striking, palatial surroundings with customer service that is second to none.

We tailor-make each wedding - We are able to tailor each wedding to your needs so you are not restricted to choosing a wedding package.

For your wedding ceremony, The Grand Hall can take up to 110 guests, however, for ceremonies larger than this, you can choose the Acanthus Suite in front of the fireplace. This area is much larger and can hold a ceremony of up to 300.

We can hold small intimate weddings ceremonies and if you are looking for a small private dining experience, The Harlequin Restaurant is ideal for up to 28 guests. We can set up the different areas based on the size of the wedding you are planning to hold.

Picture perfect - Forrester Park and its stunning grounds can be used for your wedding and for photographs.

On the day of your wedding, weather permitting, one of our staff will take you and your photographer out in our golf buggies to take photos by the water on the bridges and around the course.
